- cut all the tags/packaging from all the clothes, blankets, gifts, etc
- 4 loads of baby laundry
- target run: purchased cubical shelf/dresser with pull out baskets among other things
- assembled new dresser
- folded and sorted baby laundry
- moved furniture around
- hung curtains
- laid on the floor and talked about being parents
- folded and sorted laundry items
- sorted all the books and organized them on various shelves
- ate chocolate peanut butter gelato
With all that being said, we're tired yet satisfied with our hard work.
love,
sean and lizzy
I guess it goes without saying that in about 10 days, Ray and your dad can follow every move that Becky and I make in the mile high city!! We're really looking forward to our visit, reliving that memorable train ride on the Zephyr some 47 years ago, and sampling and savoring the sights, sounds, tastes, and shops of the Denver area. Seven days and counting :)
ReplyDelete7 days and counting is correct! you'll appreciate the blog more when we post about lil grandbaby #4 :) don't worry our blog isn't like facebook. only you and jen are reading it at the moment.... the blog is really for you guys, family and friends (like jen who pretty much are family) to keep up with us instead of filling up your inboxes with photos and what not of our adventures :)
ReplyDeleteThe onesy for Theresa is really cute - great to see you putting your new-found skills to good use so soon! Love,
ReplyDeleteMom
What's my favorite part of this post? "laid on the floor and talked about being parents" I'm so excited for you two.
ReplyDeleteI agree, my favorite part of this post is envisioning you guys talking about being parents. And, eating chocolate peanut butter gelato. Yum. Love you both, miss you both.
